1. Classyowners.com is responsible and authorized to take all necessary steps to sell your product on Classyowners.com (this includes, writing the descriptions, highlighting the defects and uploading photographs of the product)
  2. Termination: Premature Return of Item If Consignor decides to terminate the agreement early AED 15 shipping and handling fee will apply per product.
  3. Authentication: You as a Consignor attest to the authenticity of all agreed upon items, and you confirm that you have not knowingly attempted to resell counterfeit products to Classyowners.com (Products deemed to be counterfeit will be returned to the consignor, charged the authentication and shipping costs, or discarded.)
  4. Drop off/ Collection: If Consignor is unable to drop off items, the delivery charges will apply from the location of the customer to the following address Classy Owners Ecommerce, Abu Dhabi- Al-Ain, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

If unsold after 60 days products will be priced at

10% off

B.

If unsold after 90 days products will be priced at

20% off

C.

If unsold after 120 days, products will be priced at

30% off

D.

If unsold after 180 days, products will be priced or returned by Classy Owners to the seller.

5. Payment(s): Consignor are paid by their preferred payment option on the following Monday from the date of sale. The sale is considered final once Classy Owners receives payment for the product.

Payment terms need to be specified online by each customer. IBAN details or Benefit telephone number or other bank details need to be shared by the seller online at the time of consignment. All customers should have a profile with Re-Loved this will ensure we securely and accurately save your data and make payments to you efficiently. Classy Owners will be fully responsible for said items until their delivery at the confirmed addresses.

6. Ownership: Consignor attests that they have legal title to and are in legal possession of all products that Classyowners.com is to sell. The legal ownership is transferred to the buyer on the day the product is purchased and shipped to the buyer and the consignor is notified.
